Water cooled Spindle Motor Application:
Milling,Engraving,Drilling in all kinds of CNC Router machine.Especially suitable for woodworking machine.
Water cooled Spindle Motor Characteristics:
1.Low noiseWith watercooling system. The noise is very low
2.With high precision ------ Adopt ER series collet nut,has the unique characteris tics of high precision
3.P4grade angular contact bearings or ceramic ball bearings are used. With such bearings, the strength and stiffness of electric spindles are greatly improved and the RPM can reach 24000r/min.It can provide strong support for high efficiency and high precision processing of CNC
4.High precision dynamic balancing testing is conducted on all rotable parts, with the tolerance value of less than G0.4
5.The airtight shaft bracket made of extruded aluminum raises the protection class of electric spindles to be lP50 and protects internal parts from the threat of dust.

What is a water-cooled spindle?
Water cooling uses water circulation to cool the spindle as it rotates at high speeds, circulating water via an external pump into and out of the spindles internal shell. As water exits the spindle, it is pumped into a vat of water that is then cooled by the surrounding air.
Are water-cooled spindles better?
Accuracy. Water-cooled spindles deliver greater accuracy, with axial and radial runout being less than 0.003 mm. Unfortunately, an air-cooled spindle misses the mark, quite literally, in offering such a high level of accuracy.
How to clean a water-cooled spindle?
You can use dry compressed air to blow and clean the pipes or use special physical cleaning tools to clean the pipes, with a certain chemical descaling solution for better results.
